Run for your life indeed.
Saying the "Rubber Soul" album is no "Abbey Road" or "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" will probably illicit a very quick "duh" from most Beatles' fans, and the same goes for this DLC compared to the other two releases. No song really stuck out at me while I was playing through them to be very fun to play. One song in fact is nothing but striking a chord about once every two seconds for the entire song, which gets old incredibly quick.

The songs included in the "Rubber Soul" pack are:

  • "Nowhere Man"
  • "Michelle"
  • "Norwegian Wood (This Bird Had Flown)"
  • "Think For Yourself"
  • "You Won't See Me"
  • "The Word"
  • "Run For Your Life"
  • "Wait"
  • "In My Life"

These songs are presented throughout the Beatles' career even though their off the same album. A few of the songs take place in Shea Stadium, and the rest are in the Abbey Road studio. The songs that take place in the studio however do have some of the best background work I've seen that make them really fun to watch. And while saying these songs aren't the greatest of the DLC that's been released so far, they're still Beatles' songs, so you can still expect a high base level of quality. So while I would say the "Rubber Soul" pack is the worst of the packs released so far, for any Beatles' fan these still might be a worthwhile investment.
